A kitchen drain that backs up during service is a closed restaurant. We handle grease waste, floor drains and kitchen equipment connections, and we understand that the window to fix it is between close and open.

What this covers

  • Grease line clearing and jetting
  • Grease interceptor service coordination
  • Floor drain and trough drain repair
  • Three-compartment sink and prep sink plumbing
  • Kitchen equipment connections
  • Health-inspection-driven repairs

How we handle it

  1. 1

Get you open first, diagnose the cause second.

  2. 2

Jet the line rather than cable it where grease is the problem.

  3. 3

Identify what is actually causing the recurrence.

  4. 4

Schedule the permanent fix around your service hours.

Questions

Restaurant Plumbing — straight answers.

My kitchen line backs up every few months. Why?

Cabling a grease line punches a hole through the blockage and leaves the buildup on the pipe wall. Hydro-jetting scours the pipe back to full diameter. If you are on a recurring cable schedule, you are paying for a temporary fix repeatedly.

Can you come between close and open?

Yes. That is usually the right window for kitchen work and we schedule it that way.
