Do you work directly with contractors?
Yes. Remodelers and property managers are a large share of our work. We show up on the day we said we would, which is most of the job.
Can you install a fixture I bought myself?
Yes. The manufacturer's warranty stays with you rather than us, and if the fixture is defective out of the box the return is yours to make — we will tell you before we install it if we see a problem.
