24 hours a day Monday through Saturday, and Sunday until 5 PM. Outside those hours leave a message and it is the first call back.
What should I do before you get there?
Shut off the main water valve if you can find it — usually at the meter box near the street or on the wall where the service line enters the house. Kill power to the water heater if it is leaking. Move what you can off the wet floor.
