Unlike many large plumbing companies, we prioritize personalized service, clear communication, and lasting relationships with our customers. Cardinal Plumbing Solutions is owned and operated by Tristan Phennicie, a Florida state-certified plumbing contractor serving Southwest Florida.
That structure is the whole point. You talk to a plumber when you call. The same person who quotes the job does the job. And when something needs explaining — why a line keeps backing up, why a repair is the wrong answer this time — you get the explanation, not a sales pitch.
How we price
Estimates are free. We diagnose first, quote the work in writing, and you approve the price before anything starts. No open-ended hourly meter running while someone drives to the supply house, and no number handed to you after the fact.
If a repair and a replacement are both legitimate options, you see both and you choose. We do not decide your budget for you.
Licensed, insured, permitted
Cardinal Plumbing Solutions holds Florida plumbing contractor license CFC1434243. We carry insurance and provide a certificate on request. We pull permits where the jurisdiction requires them — water heater replacements, repipes, gas work and remodel rough-ins — and we schedule the inspection rather than leaving it on you.
Who we work for
Homeowners, property managers, HOAs and community associations, restaurants, and remodeling contractors across Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry counties. Multi-family and commercial clients get written scopes and documentation a board or an owner can actually act on.
Southwest Florida is not one jurisdiction
Cape Coral, Sanibel, Bonita Springs and Punta Gorda run their own permitting and their own utilities. Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry counties each run theirs. Large parts of Lehigh Acres, Golden Gate Estates, Alva and North Fort Myers are on private wells and septic. Knowing which desk your job goes to, and what the water is going to do to the equipment, is part of doing the work right.
